We believe martial arts are for everyone—regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Our training goes beyond self-defense, helping students build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of personal empowerment. "Ichariba-Chode" (いちゃりばちょーでー) is an Okinawan phrase that translates roughly to "Once we meet, we are family."

Sensei Gregory Williams began his martial arts journey in 1987, training in traditional Okinawan Karate. Over decades of dedicated practice, he has developed a deep foundation in both empty-hand and weapons disciplines. He holds the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt (Rokudan) in Karate and 5th Degree Black Belt (Godan) in Kobudō (traditional Okinawan weapons), reflecting his long-term commitment to the preservation and transmission of classical martial traditions.
        Known for his lighthearted approach and attention to technical detail, Sensei Williams emphasizes strong fundamentals, proper body mechanics, and the practical application of traditional techniques. His training is rooted in the principles of respect, consistency, and lifelong learning.
        With a deep passion for martial arts, Sensei Williams regularly teaches and trains at camps and seminars throughout the United States, Canada, and Okinawa, Japan. He is sought after for his ability to present traditional material in a clear, accessible way while maintaining its original intent and integrity.
